Founders.
Leads finance and the company’s institutional relationships. Sergio is an exited shareholder of Fleap S.p.A., the CONSOB-authorised tokenisation platform now part of Young Group, where he worked in operations through a merger and an institutional funding round. Based in Milan.
Owns architecture, engineering and the security and governance behind the product, turning client needs and regulation into clear milestones. Victor co-founded Tendero with Ivan and led its product and engineering through to exit. Victor is based in Riga, and previously studied at Bocconi.
Engineering.
Built to pass bank procurement, security review and core system integration, not just a demo.
Leads development and advises on technical strategy. A software architect with nearly thirty years inside banking systems, at Norvik Banka, Latvijas pasta banka and SEB, and as Lead System Architect at IBM, where he led the replatforming of core banking systems across the Baltics.
Owns system architecture. Previously Lead System Engineer at Tendero, and before that the architect of an ultra low latency trading platform for European electricity markets. Works in Rust, Node.js and SvelteKit, with a background in cryptography and embedded systems.

Eleven years as Managing Legal Counsel at NatWest, where she led the legal work on ring-fencing and post-Brexit licensing. She then joined Eunice’s founding team as COO, taking a digital asset regtech product from concept to institutional customers. She runs Antiparos Advisory and is a New York-admitted attorney.
A serial founder with hands-on experience in corporate finance, cross-border structuring and B2B sales. Max has built and run companies across Switzerland and Liechtenstein, handling their banking, regulatory and financial setup first-hand.
At the centre of Vienna’s digital asset community. Jana is Managing Director of VI3NNA Congress, sits on the board of DLT Austria, moderates events such as Vienna Blockchain Week, and advises on Web3 at ValueX. She founded Court & Capital together with Ivan.
