Talk to the right person, first time.
Tell us what you need and we will route it to the person who can help. A specialist usually replies within one working day. Most people come to see Avus working on their own cases.

Before you ask.
The questions we hear most before a first call.
Do we need to share customer data for a demo?
No. We use illustrative data, or a scenario you describe. If you want to bring a real case, anonymised details are enough.
Do you work with firms outside the EU?
Avus is built on the EU rulebook and supports the Emirate of Dubai, including VARA’s AED 3,500 travel rule threshold and eight-year record retention. Read about the Emirate of Dubai.
Can we keep the providers we already use?
Yes. Avus connects to the identity, screening, blockchain analytics and Travel Rule providers you already pay for. See integrations.
Who should join the call?
Usually the MLRO or head of compliance. Bring engineering if integrations matter to you, and leadership if cost and scale do.
